Instructions
  1. Fill in or verify your details in the form above (Name and Title are required).
  2. Click the "Generate Desktop Preview" or "Generate Mobile Preview" button.
  3. Click the "Copy Signature to Clipboard" button below the preview.
  4. Click the "Go to Gmail Signature Settings" button below.
  5. In Gmail Settings (Signature section), click "+ Create new" or edit an existing signature.
  6. Click in the signature editor box and Paste (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V). The signature should appear formatted.
  7. Set the "Signature defaults" for new emails and replies/forwards.
  8. Scroll to the bottom and click "Save Changes".
